Cultivating the creativity that fuels an innovative city.

The Shift Summit brings together Omaha’s early innovators, especially those from marginalized identities, alongside community leaders and visionaries to spark curiosity, strengthen creative problem-solving, and advance social impact, economic growth, and holistic innovation. Through collaborative workshops and meaningful connections, the Summit helps creative problem solvers see opportunities to build their futures in Omaha.
