What to Expect

This is the experience to celebrate how far you have come.

Through an R&B brunch centered on pathways to healing through sound, movement, and community, while increasing awareness for sexual trauma prevention

❋ SUPPORTED.

Healing should not happen in isolation. On-site therapists, faith leaders, life coaches, community advocates, and a discrete resource bag connects guests to support they can access during the brunch and beyond.

❋ SOULFUL.

Music, movement, storytelling, food, and culturally affirming experiences, create a space where guests can connect with themselves and one another beyond traditional conversations about healing. 

❋ JOYFUL.

Joy is intentionally part of this experience. Through music, dancing, creativity, laughter, and community, guests, are reminded that healing can also make room for peace, and feeling good. 

❋ LIBERATING.

The brunch creates opportunities to reclaim power and imagine life beyond what has happened to us. Forsyth are encouraged to define healing, resilience, and their next steps for themselves.
